Over the years, through my own personal journey with healing and energy work, I have found Breathwork to be an indispensable tool for accessing the emotional and energetic blocks that hold us back in life.
I am honored to be able to share this gift with others; to help unlock the freedom and awareness that I know is available through this work.
Private 1:1 Breathwork Session
Private sessions begin with a heart-opening Crystal Bowl Sound Bath to stimulate the chakras and connect more deeply with your body’s energetic awareness. Using the breath, we will begin to identify areas in your body and life where you are encountering energetic blocks. Through the session, you will begin to move through those blocks towards more self-awareness and healing.
Private Group Breathwork
Looking for guided Breathwork in a group setting, and already have your group? I provide custom healing circles in the location of your choice. With a variety of modalities to choose from, we will work together to customize the experience specifically for your needs. Contact below for pricing and options.

There are so many different styles of breathing/pranayama that it can be confusing, I know. This style is a 3-part breathing pattern that we do actively for about 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute “rest” period where you allow yourself to soak in whatever experiences/emotions/sensations/revelations arose.

In a group, we always start in a welcome circle, setting the tone and intention, and creating community with those around us. In a private session, we will spend a few minutes chatting to see if there are any specific areas of your life that feel heavy.
Next, we move to a heart opening meditation with Crystal Bowl Soundbath to begin connecting more deeply with the energetic body.
And then, we breathe!

Physical sensations in the body during Breathwork are very common; you might feel tingling, heaviness, tightness, or just rushes of energy. This is all good and normal, it is our body’s way of showing us where we are stuck and need to get things moving. Some people have a more dream-like experience with visions and conversations flowing through their mind. Again, there is no right or wrong, and every experience is unique and specific to the person breathing.
